Refund Policy
The Company’s refund policy is straightforward.
Refunds can be requested within 30 minutes of placing an order. After this window, refunds are no longer available because the Company begins working on your order immediately to ensure delivery within 2–4 business days.
Once production has started, the order becomes non-refundable.
Subscription Services
All subscription services purchased through noirlab are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Completed Digital Services
Once a digital service has been completed or delivered, it is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
AI video ad production
Image ad production
Pre-sell page creation
Email flow setup
Digital strategy work
Creative production
Other custom digital deliverables
Video and UGC Orders
Once a video has been created or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
All delivered videos are non-refundable, as production costs cannot be recovered once work is completed.
UGC orders are non-refundable once the video has been delivered. This includes:

Product costs

Shipping costs
UGC products are not returned. Products sent for UGC creation remain with the content creator.
If your product is high-ticket, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing an order or shipping your product.
Revisions
Where revisions are included in the purchased package, we will provide them according to the package description. Revisions are intended to improve the delivered work and do not create a right to a refund.
Order Cancellation
This policy does not affect any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded by law, including rights related to defective digital products or services.
noirlab may cancel and refund any order at its own discretion.
